My approach is purely focused on you in your here and now situation. In a non-judgemental and supportive environment, we can find out what drives you and find positive and new ways to live a more contented life.
I can also offer Creative Therapy for times when some issues and feelings are too difficult to express into words. This can be especially useful for young people, but adults can find this approach enlightening too.
I work from a quiet and convenient location with on/off road parking; close to a regular bus route and approximately three miles from the centre of Huddersfield.
